D'Camel Hotel Lembongan

The staff said that check out must be at 10 AM. Very disappointed, even though this is the second time I have stayed here, the first time I checked out at 12 pm.I will not want to stay here again. The female staff is very bad.

Perfect location and you can hire scooters from the hotel, Really comfy beds and not many mosquitoes. Most of the time the water didn’t work and the shower was like a dribble when it did work also only cold water. Pool quite dirty too. Air conditioning wasn’t very good in our room. Also couldn’t get breakfast which was supposed to be included

Breakfast and staff was really nice. Small pool was nice plus to take little morning swim and exercise. Very center of everything, no motorcycle needed.

Balcony was slippery, and 1 spot it looks like ready to collapse.

Great location, about 10 mins walk from the harbour, comfortable room, good cheap bike rental available.

The front desk lady really seems to always be angry that you are there, that you ask questions. We didn't feel welcome there. The breakfast is very basic (egg and toast, with juice and tea/coffee), which is fine, but served in very dirty cups, disgusting. In the room, the bathrooms need deep cleaning, we had three rooms so we could see it wasn't one only all dirty, with stains, broken glass door, no ventilation, water leaking inside and outside the toilet. Shower had medium to low pressure, not possible to adjust the direction. Dirty wash basin with stains, dust on the counter there. I think the room had never been cleaned properly, so much dust under the bed. A/c working but not enough, we set low temperature but it only got down to 26 Celsius as the lowest so it was still warm inside. Doors didn't seem to be secure, if you pushed them a bit harder they would surely open wide or break. There was only ceiling light, no night lamps, which is always more comfortable to have. There are cockroaches inside too.

It was very cheap and we weren't expecting much, but as a last minute booking it was basic but great. We didn't have towels in one of the rooms but were given them straight away. Nothing fancy but for the price it wasn't going to be deluxe! Aircon was nice and cold. We hired scooters that were organised through them quickly and easily. Close enough to beach and many food places. The pool was lovely too. Surprisingly, nice for the price we paid! The free breakfast was again basic but was tasty and quick.

Nothing really we didn't like but one of our rooms only had sheets as covers but children were happy with that. The other room had a thicker cover, so they were available if needed. One of the rooms smelled of smoking, I think it was more from outside ashtrays not being cleaned out.

Big rooms. Shared facilities such as pool great. Good location for getting around.

Our first rooms air con was dripping on to the bed so we got moved upstairs. This room was dirty and bathroom was very stained. WiFi could have been better. We found the staff not very chatty
