Terrible! Worste experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is neglected and disgusting, the rooms are claustrophobic and dark as basement, because their only windows overlook the ventilation shaft. The room did not match the description given on booking in form of size and amenieties. The location of hotel is also false, it is further from the airport and the area is unpleasant. The check in was tiring and it took 20 minutes. When I finally saw the room and made a complaint about it showing the receptionist the description on Booking, she was lieing straight in my eyes with a fake smile. There were no towels and toilet paper in the room and we had to ask for them, but there was a razor blade in the toilet bowl which was a bit creepy. The hotel taxi that was supposed to take us to the airport was late and that was also stressful. For the first time in my life I didn’t feel safe in the hotel. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I advise you to avoid this place.

Towel is dirty.. Old bed sheets.. Water issues.. Breakfast is at 9 am.. that also bought from outside so it will definitely get late.....reaching to your room...

Nothing. Everyone is ripping us off!

I can’t express so much how disappointed we were with the service. We arranged an airport transfer with the hotel which was way too overpriced! They charged us 800Rupees +250Rupees “parking fee” for the driver. (Which by the way took us the day after to realize that uber only charges 175Rupees from our hotel to the airport). What frustrates me even more was I sent our flight itinerary to them and clearly instructed what time we will be arriving only to end up having to wait at the airport for 2hrs for the driver, not to mention that I had to make 3 calls to the hotel reception that they cancelled.” Oh let me add up that their food is HORRIBLE and way too overpriced! We had better food at other restaurants with lesser prices. Also, the entire area smells like rotten dead rat! 🙄
