Kemani Villa Sara - Boutique Guest House

Our favorite hotel. We stayed there for the fourth time and, as always, we loved everything. We'll definitely be back.

Having been in the business of rental vacation properties in the USA, my wife and I could really appreciate all of the extra exquisite details this property has. The room was very spacious, and the building was in excellent condition with brick finishes, and stone that made the decor very welcoming, Our host met us at the property when we arrived, and welcomed us and gave us a walk through of the property. The location was excellent, right in the Center square and a free parking lot across the street allowed for us to park the car, and never move it during our stay. Many owners of rental properties will do the very least to enhance their property because it is a business and owners want to make as much money as they can. This property went above and beyond in high end amenities and service. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Olbia. Again, we appreciate everything it offered based on us being an owner of rental properties and always trying to offer our guests the best property and value.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Der Gastgeber reagiert schnell und sehr freundlich. Ich komme wieder.

L’emplacement central. Décoration de très bon goût. Personnel très aimable et très à l’écoute.

Seul petit reproche, on ne peut pas laisser ses bagages dans un petit local ou espace adéquat. Depuis 11h nous étions avec nos valises en attendant notre vol à 20h!

La maison et les chambres sont parfaites, tout est propre et équipé. Federico le contact de l’agence de location est très disponible et très gentil.

ATTENTION ! Maison avec chambres localisées au dessus d’un restaurant/bar avec musique très forte jusqu’à 1h du matin tous les week-ends ! Ne prenez pas les chambres 4-5 sauf si vous êtes sourds pendant la nuit ! Absence de nettoyage sur trois jours de séjour.

This is our second time staying at the apartment and we love everything about it. It's located right in the city center, very clean, and cozy. I highly recommend it 🤝☘️☘️
