"Great property"

Very nice house, fully equipped for a week stay. Nice location, not too far from amenities and park.

Noisy neighbours playing loud music till 2am then again in garden in the afternoon.

100% dog friendly. Summer house was lovely. VERY comfy bed. Powerful, refreshing shower. Garden for the dog. Private parking space. Walking distance of beach. Lots of space. Very quiet location. Plenty of guest information (including online guidebook before check in).

Front windows could do with some nets/privacy without having to fully close the curtains. Felt a bit exposed. Limited drawer storage in main bedroom.

"we were visiting family for a few days and the position and accommodation was very good"

Position was good , getting around all of Hornsea Beach and Mere Very Clean and well equipped Dogs felt welcomed even treats for them as well as goody basket and milk in fridge for us- most appreciated

the stairs were a bit steep for us
