Ray excellent host, helped us immensely

In road a bit bumpy.

It was well maintained.

Let me lay it out: 1. There’s no lobby area where customers can freely get in and out of the premise. Every time we have to go out, we were asked what time we would come back. It’s annoying and it’s none of their business. If the concern is having to wake up late at night to look after us coming back, then hire a security guard or have a lobby area. 2. There were group of ants marching in the bathroom as the staff was living right just above us. Not really a cause for concern but just want to let you know. 3. Staffs should be trained not to make faces when they don’t like the response of their customers. When we told them we would come home late, their face showed dissappointment. Again, it’s annoying. 4. You can’t cook inside the villa. Defeats the purpose of having a kitchen inside it. 5. The road going to the place is rough but manageable. Still, you might want to have a discussion with the municipality to get it paved.

The staff was nice and helpful. The kitchen is big enough for us to use.

The pool was not heated, it was raining and windy at the time. The water pool was really cold. That's the only thing we couldn't do. Kids jumped in even though the water was so cold, there was no choice. Our bathroom smells, I thought it smelled like mold but my sister in law said it smells like cockroaches coming from the exhaust hole. We didn't see any cockroaches in the bathroom. Whatever it was. We dunno. On p

Very clean and organized. Staff are accommodating. Overall experience was exceptional will book again

The facilty seemed to be more than what I have expected, well maintain

Only that the blanket’s too thin but apart from that, spotless!

The place is excellent though the road going to the place is a little bit rough but all is good

Other guests where quite loud with their videoke session, had a hard time to sleep and rest.
