Cosy Cottage in Garnant

The check-in process was very straightforward and well organised. Communication from the host was excellent throughout, and accessing the property was easy, with a secure and convenient lockbox for the key. The location was beautiful, with several lovely public footpaths nearby and the Brecon Beacons only around a 15-minute drive away, making it ideal for hiking. Roadside parking was easy and readily available. The house itself was very pleasant, well furnished, and comfortable. It was also nice and warm, with an effective heating system that made the stay very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was below an acceptable standard. There was food left in the microwave from previous guests, which had begun to grow mould. The crockery was dirty and still covered in old food. This raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the house, particularly given the presence of mould and unclean kitchen items.

So peaceful so cosy the bed was outstanding had everything yoi needed there

Beautiful little cottage, great location. Everything has been thought of and you get that home from home feel. Bed is so comfy and it’s perfect for a couple get away.
