"This was our first experience of an air bnb & will be our last !"

Access to the beach was close.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY The property was not the best experience. The first night was okay, but on the second night we discovered bed bugs in the master bedroom. Because of this, we were forced to leave the room and sleep in the living room on the couch. On the third night, I saw another bed bug crawling up the wall. Paying $2,300 for a stay and having this type of experience is completely unacceptable. This situation caused discomfort, inconvenience, and disrupted our trip. I would appreciate this matter being taken seriously and would like to discuss a partial refund due to the conditions of the property. understand that you insisted on calling pest control, but I have clear pictures and evidence of the condition of the property, including the bed bugs we encountered during our stay. Regardless of whether pest control was contacted, the issue still affected our experience and forced us to stop using the master bedroom and sleep in the living room instead. The condition of the property was unacceptable, especially considering the amount paid for the stay. I believe a partial refund is reasonable due to the inconvenience, discomfort, and unsanitary conditions we experienced.

"We know issues like the ac was not the owners or panhandle getaways fault."

The property was very clean & spacious. The pool area was great and access to the beach was close.

The issue we had with the second floor ac not working the first 2 full days. Parking in front of the unit was tight.
