The Villa is awesome. Super comfy and it has everything for you to rest a few days. Quiet place in the middle of the body Ubud. The pool is warm, clear and very clean.

Location good, if you can find it - the property managers didn’t provide an address, answer phone or text messages.
Informed the property managers the time we would be at the villa to collect keys. No response to text messages, didn’t answer our phone calls. Didn’t provide an address for the villa or instructions on how to find it. By luck we eventually found it by asking around the neighbourhood, and found the cleaner about to leave. She hadn’t been informed that guests had booked in. If we had been a few minutes later she would have been gone and we’d have no way of getting in. Property managers never responded at all, but we’re happy to take our money. Utterly appalling

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were amazing, kind and made sure we had a great time.. Great quiet location but waking distance from amazing eateries and spa'. Only 10 min drive to Ubud markets.
Nothing really. Some suggestions though. Breakfast was delicious but would have liked to see pancakes on the menu. Would have loved some pool chairs.

Gas stove has only 1 workingburner, limited breakfastchoice for vegans, very few utensils, insects and mosquitos.
