Miły i pomocny personel

Pokoje bardzo zimne, kaloryfery przestają działać nad ranem, włączane dopiero wieczorem. Po interwencji w recepcji i kontakcie z kierownikiem dostarczono do pokoju grzejnik, który nie nie dał rady ogrzać pokoju. Na dworze temperatura -4, a odczuwalne -9 więc jest to jakaś kpina.
