Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, caused me a lot of inconvenience by cancelling my booking last minute, telling me they cannot accommodate us, whilst me having confirmations for my dates and booking. Apparently double booking, which I doubt, they squeezed us out to accommodate their own interests... Very inconsiderate and unprofessional...

Everything!!! Beautiful, modern, spacious and clean. It catered to our every need. Hosts were extra accommodating assisting with check in in the early hours of the morning with no rush for our check out. Very helpful and friendly, always just a message away. Definitely worth the stay.

Honestly nothing I can fault, just an absolute great stay.

My expected check in was 10-12. We got to Windhoek at 12noon. Not knowing that a very bad experience awaits us.Immediately switched my GPS to take me to the place. The gps would say we have arrived but all gates locked. The photos shared are for the inner buildings. Dressed one of the intercoms in the area but no one knew of this place.The owner's number was off. We called it so many times but wasn't getting thru. Drove around the areas asking ppl but no one knew of the place. We went to spar, the security guys took us to their notice board to check for alternatives but still the number wasn't there or even name of such a place.drove around till 2pm but still nothing came through. We finally gave up and started looking for another place to lodge. Owner sent a WhatsApp later saying hes out of the country.
