Nothing didn’t get to stay in it because he had double booked it and not told me until I was at the door of the property

The owner was helpful at all just tried to rob my money

Great value for money, easy to locate and access. Clean and comfortable stay in a modern house in lovely area.

Lacked a few necessities that could have made it an even better stay such as, bottle opener, wine glasses, a mirror in the bathroom (it’s difficult to have a shave without one), some coasters. Few other little bits. Very minor things but i think they could make the home more equipped. It wouldn’t put me off booking again.

I booked accomodation and was sent a message which I had not received up till I got up there saying accomodation is not available. I still had confirmation of booking on my account. If the accomodation was not available the booking should have been cancelled to which it wasn’t. Money has been taken and I have not received a refund. With no communication from the host. I was left up in Sheffield with nowhere to stay.

Property was nice and clean and comfortable for our needs

Lack of bins, only 1 bin in the entire house could do with at least one in the bathroom

There wasn’t a breakfast.

To stick to the proper check in and check out times because even an hour can make a huge difference.
