A cama era confortável, o quarto ficava bem fresco com o ar ligado e a estrutura no geral do hostel era boa. A localização era boa, próxima ao rio e de diversos restaurantes (indico o Lounge 8, muito bom!) Os funcionários foram proativos e a recepção estava disponível todo o tempo, sempre disposta a ajudar.

A beliche de cima é muitooo dificil subir e eu tive sorte em conseguir trocar por uma cama embaixo, porque ficar na beliche de cima em uma noite foi meio turbulento rs Apesar de a cama ser confortável, achei que a estrutura das cortininhas poderia melhorar para proporcionar melhor privacidade aos hóspedes. A logística do banheiro é um pouco confusa, porque o chuveiro fica antes da privada então se você só quer usar o toilet e alguem acabou de tomar banho, você molha todo o pé e faz lambança desnecessária no banheiro.

The room is so big, the bed is comfy. The staff is so friendly. Breakfast and dinner is so delicious. They can help you arrange everything from bus to tour, make my travelling time much easier

Nhi took super good care of us. They were super, super helpful! One of my friends had a broken arm so Nhi actually helped cut up the pancake into smaller pieces for him. That was very sweet! Generally, the staff was very friendly and helpful to answer all our queries and meet our requests.

Facilities could've been slightly better. Everything got the job done but could've been slightly more refined/polished.
