Location was great, they have their own section of beach with free beds / umbrellas and they also do a short bus ride to town if needed. The Resort feels very spacious overall with a fairly new Grill House and A La Carte restaurant that had great food. You can also have breakfast and lunch at the Grill to avoid the hectic main restaurant. A lot of drink dispensers around as well which was good. The main pool is large with a good amount of sun loungers, always seemed like there was something for kids to be involved in. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well with the door shut. Will most likely be visiting again 🙂

Room was slightly run down but overall it was ok. Floors seemed very dusty. USB ports in the room would be good. Main restaurant was a free for all and hectic at times. Because of rude guests mostly. Felt sorry for solo staff making pizzas. At peak times they could do with more staff serving drinks. During the day they had one staff member serving so queues formed quickly. €3 pp for mini golf wasn’t great.

Everything amazing place with such a great ad organised entertaining schedule delicious food and nice staff - we ll definitely come back

Adorei o espaço, bonito,bem cuidado, os jardim e toda a envolvência do hotel são lindos. Foi uma agradável surpresa o hotel.

A luz no quarto 🫣 e podem melhorar pequenos pormenores na limpeza do quarto e na envolvência das piscinas que elevam em muito o nível do hotel.

Very good options

We were allocated a room that looked nothing like the photographs shown on the website. It was also located a considerable distance from the main reception area. The room itself was very tired and in poor condition, and the air conditioning was not working. My partner reported the issue to reception and requested that it be looked at. Unfortunately, no action was taken until he raised the matter again on the second night of our stay. At approximately 10pm, a maintenance worker attended the room. He removed the air-conditioning filter and washed it in our bathroom sink, directly next to our electric toothbrushes. He left debris in the sink and across the countertop, which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable about using my toothbrush afterwards. When the filter was reinstalled, dirty water from it was spilled onto my daughter's bed, soaking the bedding. We then had to request that the bedding be changed and that the bathroom sink be cleaned. As a result of the contamination concerns, we purchased new toothbrushes the following morning. Despite this visit, the air conditioning still did not function properly. The room remained uncomfortably hot, making it very difficult to sleep. The following morning, my partner made a formal complaint and advised reception that if we were not moved to another room, we would have no option but to check out. We were eventually relocated at 4pm that afternoon; however, we were due to leave the resort the following day. Aside from this incident, the resort facilities and overall experience were good. However, the condition of the original room, the handling of the air-conditioning issue, and the inconvenience caused by the maintenance visit significantly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we would not choose to return.
