ATIt was clean and the staff (including cleaning staff) were very friendly.
My room got cleaned only 1 day out of four (not even basic change of towels and bed fold down). Breakfast buffet was ok, but paper plates and plastic forks? A little rudimentary.

Shower door when you open it water runs down the door out onto the floor. The sink faucet has way too much pressure and the shower does not have enough. The door has a gap at the bottom of at least 2 inches and you can hear everybody in the hallway, clean as day, and there is no privacy. They can hear all your conversations and you can hear theirs. The breakfast had no muffins and the eggs were very watered down. And the worst of it is the bed was so hard you could not get any sleep.

Our toilet got plugged and we had to call for a plunger. Lol
