USBreakfast was ok. Motel was clean. Pool table in lobby was nice.
I asked for extra blankets and was given 2 duvet covers!! Not soft and NOT warm! The first morning my shower was out of soap. The last morning my shower was out of conditioner! I didn’t know this until I was already in the shower. It says those items are checked daily. Obviously not! The pool was closed so we asked and was told it would be open later that day, 2 days later it was finally opened. It really hard one night. There was something outside our room window that kept ticking and kept me up all night. We had a king size room. There was barely enough room to turn around in it. The walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbors snoring all the next night after the rain kept us up the night before!

Pool was closed and there was no notification of such beforehand. TV didn't work in our room and never got fixed.
USThe staff was so professional and courteous. The check in staff went over and beyond to accommodate my elderly dad making sure we had his emergency button hooked up with the local hospital. The southern hospitality was wonderful.
No complaints I've never seen such a professional staff from check in, cleaning crew, breakfast attendants and check out staff. Whoever hired this staff did an exceptional job.
