Everything are excellent - in the centre of Hamilton, welcomed by staff, safe but convenient electronic entrance management, easy access to public transportation, nearby restaurants, pubs, banks, supermarkets, clean and big rooms, new decoration and furnitures, all needed dishware, nice view of the downtown city, free parking in garage. And the most important is so thoughtful service. Help us too much! Great thanks!

Larissa met us at the property and showed us where everything was. She was friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent and speedy. The location was fabulous with plenty dairies, shops, restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Parking was free and onsite with lift access to our apartment. The balcony was great, with a table and chairs which made it comfortable. It was very convenient for our short stay when visiting relatives. There were plenty of teabags and coffee for our stay. There was also a washing machine and drier for convenience if needed.
