The hotel looked very nice, the room was large and had a good TV and balcony. The roof top pool was very grand which we enjoyed (although you have to pay an additional fee!)

i would not recommend anyone stay here! firstly on the booking it states nothing about the property being booked with Zoom Apartments and not the hotel directly, therefore reception are unable to help you with anything, including check in or any issues you may have. in the booking it says 24hr desk service which is clearly a lie as the desk cannot help you as it is a separate entity. the lady checking us in came down and while we were halfway through checking in turned to another group and completely dismissed us and had her back turned to us and we just had to sit there. we then received a key card for the room and which is also needed for access to the lifts. it took us 4 attempts to get a room card which actually worked and caused my partner to become stuck in the lifts. we had to wait at reception for over 20 minutes for help with our card while our food was going cold. we also were not told our card only worked for half the lifts. this hotel also states they are a 5* hotel, and this part of the hotel and it’s service certainly was not. bedding gets changed once a week and the room only gets cleaned every 3 days. it is a shame and only has a 3/10 because the room was lovely and the rooftop pool was amazing, the hotel reception also has a lovely ice coffee bar. At check out we did discuss our problems only to be laughed at (literally) and no sort of refund/compensation. please do not book through here and book directly through the hotel- our friends had a lovely experience booking through them with good service. fianally, there were also aspects of the room that were broken with the bedside table drawer being stuck so unable to open it as well as a panel falling off the back of the bathroom door
