We had an excellent family stay at this hotel! The kids absolutely loved every moment, from the thoughtfully designed play areas to the engaging activities. The infant area was outstanding — clean, safe, and stocked with everything a family with a baby could possibly need, from cribs to bottle warmers. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the family-friendly amenities made traveling with young children so much easier. Highly recommend for families looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay — we’ll definitely be back!

No AC - but hotel provided plenty of fans so at night weather was reasonable.

"Perfect resort for a family getaway"

Modern chic + all inclusive resort (except for alcohol). Amenities and entertainment for kids were excellent my child had such a good time he doesn’t want to leave. Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to help us with queries, they remember your requests and follow up well.

Nothing to dislike but if they could arrange some excursions for adults to other parts of Dolomites would be great!
