LA MAR Apartment Spinea

The apartment is lovely and comfortable and equipped with everything you may need for even a longer stay. Conveniently positioned and at a walking distance to the railway station where you can take a train to Venice. The host Roberto was very helpful and always at disposal. We reaĺly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it.

It would be nice to have a lock on the bathroom door. Shower too small Kitchen towel was missing

comfy beds, location is ok as it's easy to catch the train to Venezia (25 min ride), also nice coffee places around, car park available in front of the house for free and there was always a place to find for our car, easy to get in and communicate with the property manager

kitchen would benefit from little update, there are chips on bowls etc, but nothing serious, dish cloth wasn't available but I would say it was just an overlook shower is a bit small but it's because bigger would not fit, quite common in Italy, it's funny to use it

The shower was too small and the property was very cold

The accommodation was within walking distance to the trains going to Venice. There were good shops and restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking was available in front of the house. The apartment was spacious.

The whole family slept in one room, but the beds were very good quality.
