Hotel staff are excellent and hotel is located in perfect area. Food is awesome and there is so many options everyday.

Salesmans who come and goes during the holiday in blue diamond. Beach staff are not so welcoming than in hotel area. Turkish hamam is not so good in hotel compared to other providers.

the beachfront, acceptable food for the all inclusive,

check in has taken 1,5hour because: “you made last hour reservation” (it was paid by booking!!!!!!!!!) when I wanted to invite my friend in room for sort stay she was rejected to come into the hotel because of regulation like all inclusive is not accept guests and so and so on. it was and about stay it was about 3-4 hour visit and friend was having Bradley from another more fancy hotel. even when we proposed to pay for extent the room it was very rude shown the staff won’t register us — I am extremely angry cause it has broken my plans for vacation
