Inspiria Condo Units beside Abreeza Mall Davao

Excellent central location in town with good access to rest of the city. Comfortable and clean facilities with all the basic necessities supplied. Good security, parking available, friendly and helpful staff and 24 hour front of house was useful for our late arrival.

A little noisy, but then that is to be expected in the centre of town. One or two of the fittings could do with updating, but that did not affect our stay and is just an observation.

Probably the best condo I have been in Philippines till now. Clean, so close to the Mall, well equipped (even washing machine or toaster), silent air condition, very good wifi, good contact with the owner. I liked stay there.

Excellent location and comfortable unit

Having to book to use the swimming pool It was tedious and not necessary.Very poor, because most properties allow you to go at any time and not up an down stairs at a particular time

Honestly, it was just such a nice place. The location is great: directly next to the Abreeza Mall (within supermarkets, restaurants, shops, cafés). It was super clean and tidy, the kitchen and bathroom has everything you need, there is Netflix on a big screen, AC, Washing machine… And on top of it the interior was also very cute. Not all Condos are that well equipped in my experience in the Philippines, so this really was nice. They even provided gallons of drinkable water. All in all: Really a great place to stay!

The host was very friendly. The studio itself has everything you need and on top of that it looks modern and welcoming. You can tell it was renovated with great taste. Location is also perfect as it's close to jeepneys, a mall and everything you could need!
