Hamsun Shahrah-e-Faisal

It’s a lovely property with large, clean, comfortable and modern rooms. My room even had a new 4K TV which was incredible for watching movies on. Breakfast was good quality and tasty. Their chai is great there too. The staff and friendly and helpful. The hotel location is near enough to the centre of the city and close to three good restaurants: Karachi Foods, Rashid Seafood, and Delhi Sweets.

I requested staff at check in to let me use room washroom to get fresh but they declined as they said room was not ready before 2 pm.The rooms and washroom was conjusted.the room and washroom were clean but it could be better.

The property was clean at top grade. The service was excellent. The breakfast had great variety. Communications with management through WhatsApp group was a pleasant experience especially when you receive replies instantly

The hotel is perfect for your stay in Karachi - the staff goes beyond to make you feel welcoming, rooms are very comfortable and well designed. The coffee shop and terrace are lovely places to hang out. Location is close to places to eat, and quick taxi ride from the main attractions.

I stayed in room 205. Had a very wonderful stay. Very clean and beautiful hotel with quiet and secure surroundings. The Deluxe double room was spacious and modern with all amenities. The bathroom was very clean with 24-hour hot water and a powerful shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was very quick. The small cafe by the entrance and terrace on the 2nd floor was very nice and peaceful. I would recommend this hotel to all for a short and long stay.

Clean and Well maintained and modern rooms and property. Very professional and friendly and helpful staff. Response for requests is very quick. Breakfast concept is unique with a good selection. Multiple payment options helps international visitors and tourists. WhatsApp concept for booking and room service makes everything super efficient.

Everything was great considering all other options in Karachi around this area. Only sometimes Toilet smell comes and goes and can be improved in some bathrooms but this is a general issue in Karachi. Not the problem of the property but if they can find a long term solution that will be perfect for them.
