The location is amazing - 2 mins walk to the water where the tour boats leave from, 2 mins walk to the shops and restaurants, 1 minute walk to a nice bookshop and a supermarket - perfect. The flat was great, probably newly finished as the washing machine and oven weren't connected / switched on yet. Unfortunately there was no "house book" or instructions so we didn't know how to do a few thing like taking out the rubbish etc. I'm sure the flat will be perfect for the next guests. Hosts / management was excellent - Caterina was very friendly and welcoming, very helpful and very helpful beyond her responsibilities; booking cabs for us etc. Top hosting!

A few missing essentials - oven not ready for use, washing machine not ready for use, no corkscrew!
