Raffaella was a very good host. She was available to communicate with easily while staying in Siena. The property was clean and nicely decorated.

There were 45 or stairs up to the top apartment.

There was much to like about the apartment. It is a 5 to 7 minute walk to just about every tourist site of interest in Siena. So, location can't be beat. At the same time, it is a residential area and there was no tourist noise around the street. The interior is modern and beautifully designed. Even the mugs are lovely. The bed was more comfy than many hotel beds. The host was completely responsive and easy to contact. The windows are small, but the view from them of the rooftops of Siena is wonderful. All and all, one of the best apartments I have rented in Europe.

I liked everything. Some might not like that it is on the top (3rd?) floor, but there aren't too many steps to get there and, so, not really much of a problem. The stair is narrow and winding. Perhaps a problem for less mobile people. All of Siena might be a problem for less mobile people as it is all very hilly.

This apartment is nicely renovation. The decor and colour scheme is very calming and of good quality. The bathroom is spacious. All was comfortable for our stay.

Some sort of shower caddy so that I didn’t have to put my soap, shampoo, conditioner on the floor of shower and bend over.
