"Conveniently located, modern/updated with a pool in the back. Would definitely stay again."

Updated and clean location within walking distance to the beach in a quiet community. Peter is an amazing host that made sure we had a stress free vacation. Beach wagon and chairs available as well as outdoor seating on the porch to enjoy the Florida breeze.

Kitchen well stocked. Close to beach, unit had beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs & toys. Nicely furnished. Options on TV awesome, WIFI awesome. Pete, owner nice.

Overall very dirty. Dirty bathrooms, tub dirty, floors & window sills dirty, dusty. Dishwasher is filthy. Garage man door fell on my daughter getting beach umbrella out. No bedroom had TV. No xtra blankets or sheets, only 1 kit towel for whole visit. Rate this as 3 stars
