Guest House Third Floor

I had a lovely stay at guest house third floor. Loved the bed (most comfortable bed i ever hsd on a trip!) - it was all verry clean and the balcony was super nice. They cook verry nice breakfast, you can choose between different options a day before. I also could check in earlier. The appartement is verry spacious and i loved the neighbourhood, there is also a nice speciality coffee place just at the opposite of the street

The room was very nice, together with the balcony.

when I slept at midnight.. someone in same dom yeal and shouted . it force me jumped and waked up . so that over night I can't sleep deeply again. bad manner .bad experience

Almost a perfect place to stay in Tbilisi if you are on budget. Spacious, warm and clean. Great views from windows and balcony. Cozy interior. Location is top-notch! I spent here 2 nights and was completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Everything was good

I stayed for 1 night in a Double Room with Balcony. The room is cozy and very warm, which is essential during colder days. It also features a spacious balcony with a nice view. The hotel staff let me in early in the morning, a few hours before the check-in time, and let me stay in the large living room where I could even take a nap on one of the sofas. Great coffee and a tasty omelet in the morning. This is absolutely the best option within this price range.

The blanket was too small, although the bed itself was quite spacious.

I like all about Third floor. Really pretty cozy place, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cool city view, some free joys like tea. The favorite place to stay in Tbilisi alone or with someone.
