Pre svega svaka cast za domacina Milana i njegovo gostoprimstvo. Stan nas je docekao rashladjen, sa osvezenjem u frizideru kao i sa kafom i cokoladicama. Milan nam je takodje podelio nekoliko informacija u vezi dobrih restorana, prodavnica, menjacnica.. Stan je prostran, izuzetno uredan i cist i nalazi se u novoj zgradi sa liftom i parking mestom. Moja porodica i ja smo zaista uzivali tokom naseg boravka. Sve preporuke za ovog divnog domacina kao i za stan.

Ubytovanie bolo presne také ako na obrázku. Čisté, pohodlné, dobre vybavené.Majiteľ je veľmi milý, preposlal nám všetky informácie ohľadom obchodov, reštaurácií v blízkosti. Mohli sme sa na neho kedykoľvek obrátiť. Toto ubytovanie môžem len odporučiť❤️

We had a great experience staying in this brand new, clean, and comfortable building. The apartment was well-equipped, and the elevator made access easy. There’s dedicated parking, which was very convenient, especially for travelers arriving by car. The location is also excellent, with easy access to and from the highway, making it a perfect stopover. Our host, Milan, was extremely kind and friendly, making us feel very welcome from the start. A nice bonus was a great Serbian restaurant just about 15 minutes away on foot, where we enjoyed an authentic local meal. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Niš.

Property was spaceous, comfortable and the building is newer. Owner was very nice and received us with refreshments and local food for the kids. After 2 days of travel, it was greatly appreciated. Elevator and A/C worked well. It was conveniently located for our needs. Beds were comfortable.

The apartment, specifically the kitchen could have been cleaner.
