Friendly host and location near the beach. Modern Appartment with new equipment and modern style

Pool was out of order and the poolside is a mess. It should be open in summer, but even then it's no pleasure to swim here. The building feels like under construction and the bathroom was in very poor condition. The Cafe inside the building serves no food.

Very clean place ! I loved everything about it .. The property is very serviable and it answers my calls and message immediatly.

TV isn't working "Not programmed".

• The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. - The host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I required. - The check-in process was smooth, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. What made this place truly special was the atmosphere—it had a warm and cozy feeling that made me feel right at home. - ⁠Everything was just as described, and I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

- Great location, very close to the beach, the camels and horses, surfing, too. - Quiet at night. - Plenty of hot water in the shower, if you set the boiler accordingly. - Good wifi

- Online host in Marrakech never showed his face during a week's stay, but delegated tasks to his friend/brother. Not even a small bottle of water was offered at reception. - The kitchen equipment as well as the shower hadn't been cleaned well, and the remains of the shower door, which had been broken, were kept behind the entrance door to the apartment. Couldn't be fixed all the while I stayed there, thus the bathroom would be completely wet after every shower. - Apartment was very cold in the evening and morning, as the heating system wasn't running. Instead, a tiny electric heater was provided on request, which didn't do the job.

Good clean facilities with all the amenities close to restaurants walking distance to the Souk about 25 minutes taxi was available for about 20 Durham - recommend

Lovely apartment excellent location, clean and just 200m walk to the beach. I will definitely stay there again.

Shower need to be fixed and provide a bottle opener.

The apartment was modern and well equipped.

Could have done with more towels but it wasn't a problem.

Mohammed was an excellent host and made our arrival very easy with a pick up. He also responded very quickly to questions and issues. The rooms were light and comfortable. Shower was good. It was about 4 minutes walk to the beach (beach bar, camels, swim and sunsets) and there were great breakfast places within 10 minutes in either direction.

We were a bit late in the season to use the swimming pool as it had turned colder this week. We may not have been in the apartment described on booking.com as it mentioned a balcony.
