USIt was great that each room had their own bathroom, confortable beds, great view of the beach, except for the wind it was great spending time in the swimming pool, not too far from El Tunco beach.
It would be great if each closet bedroom would have cloth hangers. The kitchen was extremely hot, it may be a good idea for them to built an AC in the kitchen. We weren't able to spend any time in the kitchen due to being so hot. We had a visitor (iguana) in the kitchen, so be cautious. When raining use cautious when walking down the stairs; the stairs get very slippery, my granddaughter fell during our stay. I recommend taking enough insect spray as you may find some since the house is so close to the beach. There’s only cold water, so you get cold showers! I checked again the info but I couldn’t find where the host has the info that there’s no hot or warm water!
USA beautiful view. The property is large. Pool was great. Sheets were clean and basic necessities were provided like pool towels.
Overall, the house was great and it fit our family perfectly. The house may have some opportunities for updating.
GBAmazing villa - beautiful surroundings and views of palm trees. Lots of space and excellent facilities. Good AC. The host even left us water and ice which we were very grateful for! We loved our stay here so much that we extended one extra night and didn’t want to leave. Carla was extremely helpful and responsive during the week and I would recommend this place massively. Our only negative was that the showers had no pressure - we didn’t mind using the pool shower to wash hair! Please note the driveway up to the house is very steep but if you have a vehicle it’s no issue as you can park at the top.
