"Kindness - and very fitting name for this Hotel"

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We arrived well before check-in but were happy to leave our luggage securely with them while we explored our surroundings. Staff let us know of the free coffee, tea and other refreshments and showed us their lovely restaurant space to wait. We were checked in earlier which we really appreciated as it had been an overnight flight and we had been up almost 24 hours. Including Kindness Hotel, we stayed at 3 hotels while visiting Taiwan and Kindness has the most comfortable beds, friendliest staff and pictures of the hotel matched what we encountered. The room was on the smaller side but we made it work, bathroom is big and bidet worked fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh fruit, local and western options. I enjoyed the coffee every day and even after breakfast ends they still provide free ice cream, coffee, tea, juices, cookies, small packed snacks and filtered water. Location wise, the closest TRA is Zhengyi Station which is about a 15 min walk.

Just a small detail but more hooks in bathroom and room space to hang Coats and towels.

服務態度很好

停車位太少～停外面離飯店有點小遠，提行李很重很不方便，而且補200塊停車費根本不夠還要貼錢😮‍💨
