任意變更房型且於登記入住時皆未告知！ 我預訂是一張雙人床，進房發現是2張雙人床 我返回櫃檯詢問，櫃檯人員才告知雙人床房型已客滿 幫我更換四人房，但為何在我登記入住不先說明！ 而且我是事先預訂房間，這種事不用先說？ 還美其名說幫我升等，我就問一個人入住把一張雙人床改成2張雙人床叫升等？我是能用幾張床？
