Common things were not properly maintained example the door lock for my room was very loosely fitted. The facility should at least provide a water bottle in the room.

Location was good Room decent with good room and geyser

Owner bad mannered and threatening. No idea how to deal with guests. also the whole Fab Hotel is v confusing and laid back staff. There is no direct call to the hotel and we have to go through a common number. I was kept on my ISD hold for over for a long time. I dnt recommend this Fab to anyone. They are not coperative.

Never actually checked into the hotel. The owner was aware that the window had fallen down , still tried to check us in. No alternative room in the same property provided. Stay away from this proprerty.

Dangerous property. With fallen window it was completely exposed to mosquitoes.

We didn't stay there due to some issues....they guide us to some other hotel

Location is somewhat close to the airport

Room was dirty with wall paint chipped out. Empty compound right next to this building is being used as a dumping ground breeding mosquitoes. Found a lighter in the bathroom, probably was used by the previous tenant for smoking.
