"Really fabulous stay"

The property was beautiful and spacious. Had everything you need including a comprehensive welcome manual. It was quiet, clean and cosy. Parking was excellent. Would have liked to stay longer and would book again.

"Stunning house with amazing hosts!"

Wow! This house is beautiful, didn’t want to leave, you could just sit looking out of any of the many windows at the stunning views forever. So clean and comfortable, all the home comforts you could ask for and more. Lovely log burner, big AGA cooker, huge super comfy beds, chickens in the garden, fresh eggs on arrival and lots of space to enjoy. As it was Christmas there was a beautiful tree and subtle decor around the house which was lovely. So much thought and attention to detail gone into the presentation and comfort for guests. We were visiting the surrounding area on a tour - my daughter is a musician. She loved the piano and said this house was the perfect space for relaxing and winding down and playing music. The weather was poor when we stayed so didn’t get to walk anywhere as hoped. Hopefully we can return in the Spring/Summer to enjoy the house and the area again. Jeanne and Richard were perfect hosts, always on hand to help, communication throughout the booking and after was exceptional. We left our coffee machine by mistake and within a few weeks (after Christmas) it was kindly returned to us via courier. If you are looking for a luxury stay with the wow factor make no hesitation in booking Granny Cottage you will love it. 🥰

We loved everything, we weren’t keen on leaving. We wanted to stay forever!!
