الغرف كبيرة ونظيفة ، الفراش مريح ،تسجيل دخول وخروج سريع ،توفر مواقف سيارات ،خدمة الغرف تستجيب بسرعة لاي طلب .

لا تتوفر خدمة توصيل من والى الحرم ، عمال نقل الشنط غير متوفرين ،هواتف الغرف لاتعمل مفصولة مما يجعلك تنزل للاستقبال في حال حاجتك لاي شيء ، لايوجد مطعم للافطار او كافيه .ممكن ان تكون العيوب بسبب اقتراب موسم الحج.
