just my room was up and was tired

30 days in Turkey, 11 places, 3 of which were in Cappadocia: this was our favorite place! The hotel is a beautiful structure and located in picturesque setting. We stayed in the "Mystery Room": spacious, quiet, high ceiling, firm & comfy bed, large bathroom, mini-frig, kettle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and could be taken on the outdoor terrace. Excellent location, located in a shallow valley, near cave homes and cliffs, but just a short walk to the newer town with its shops and restaurants. Peaceful & serene.

Ürgüp sits lower than its surroundings, so not a good location for watching the morning's hot air balloons.

A very beautiful authentic hotel,our suite was very confortable, very clean and quiet. Because it was our honeymoon, the staff surprised us in a very pleasant way by decorating the the room with balloons and flowers petals and tasty fresh fruits. The breakfast very fresh, tasty,served on a beautiful terace.The staff very kind,polite and helpful. The location is very nice . I strongly recommend !

We liked everything a lot !

The suites are beautiful and very clean, the staff is very kind and friendly, the breakfast is excellent served on the terace with nice view, everything is very tasty and fresh. We come for honeymoon and the staff prepared the rooms with ballons and flowers petals and a fresh fruits. We really enjoyed our vacation ,thanks a lot !

Great staff, great breakfast. We enjoyed early AM breakfast here. They were very accommodative to the requests we had. Many varieties and options for the vegetarian / dairy diets. All the staff were very cooperative and tried their best to make our stay very comfortable. They have open terrace where we enjoyed our early morning tea with good view. I would return to this property in a cooler temperature.

It was the hottest week of the year. Naturally this facilities are built for cold weather (just like Canadian homes) and hot weather created demand for AC / some temporary arrangement. They were short of fans and we managed one from the local market, which we offered as tip to one of the staff member.

Room was silent and cosy with a nice fireplace, staff was friendly and helpful. Free car parking lot is a plus.

Shower was a bit tiny but did not bother us much

Got a room upgrade which was nice. Staff were amazing, caring and very informative. Room is spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast (could add more fruits) Ideal location, close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. They also went a bit extra to decorate our room on our wedding anniversary.

Improvement rather than don't like: - More fruits on breakfast - I'm one of those folks who struggle to sleep when there's light, so that was a problem, with the light on stairway balcony and deck way too bright. Blackouts curtain would help immensely.
