Nice location, to far to walk but Taxi's were great and cheap. Let us park there early Comfy bed room was nice and warm large tv fridge and kettle in the room

There was a shower and wc in the rooms which was great as we asked for en-suite, problem was there was only a curtain separating the area from the carpet. The curtain was so close to the WC you had to have the curtain open to use the WC. The shower looked great, but only two parts worked only one towel Coffee and sugar supplied but no milk dust on most surfaces only one cup and a plastic beaker for drinks cutlery was plastic only one pillow each and pretty flat at that.

The closeness it is to Thorpe park was great.

The lack of hot water to have a shower in the main master bedroom & the hut. The staff not answering the phone when they asked us to contact them before arriving.

We didn't stay for longer than 5 minutes due to the residence feeling just unsafe

We felt like anyone could come into the room we were in and the overall vibe of the place just felt wrong

Great for my staff, location and facilities

Towels, bedding covers, and pillows was bad 👎

Not clean. Dust and decor really bad!! Toilet blocked. Shower temperature didn’t regulate just hot or cold. Food left in fridge from previous person.
