La ubicación no es la más bonita y el edificio es muy feo. No hay en donde dejar el equipaje si necesitas guardarlo.

We found the bed soft in the centre, though understand this is personal. The kitchen area had no bench space- a small bench/trolley would help in the preparation of food.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown. The property offers convenient underground parking for a reasonable additional fee, which is a big plus since street parking is quite limited. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the large terrace with sunbeds—perfect for relaxing. The shower cabin was pleasantly spacious, which stood out to us after experiencing much smaller ones in other accommodations throughout Italy. Communication with our host, Anna, was smooth, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

One thing to be aware of is that the parking garage exit appears to be directly beneath the apartment, and the gate was quite squeaky. It was noticeably noisy between 7 and 8 in the morning when cars were leaving. Also, the kitchen counter space is very limited - almost non-existent - which made food preparation a bit challenging. It would be a great improvement to have a small table or additional counter space for convenience.

Banging noise from car park gate opening and closing very annoying. Had to unblock shower as wasn’t draining away

Terrace was beautiful, apartment size good, comfy bed and great central location. The owners were very nice and flexible to our needs, great communication throughout. Highly reccomended

Since we were 2 couples, it would have been more convenient to have 2 bathrooms instead of 1. But it was a situation that we knew about when booking and we made the situation work for us, because as i said before, everything was perfect :)
