Downtown getaway apartments by Prime Rentals I

We stayed at this apartment for a weekend with friends. The location was very convenient, the apartment was spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

However, when we arrived at 15:00, it was still being cleaned — beds were unmade, the kitchen was dirty, and we had to wait almost 2 hours to settle in. We had clearly agreed in advance on a late checkout until 14:00, but despite this, the host later messaged us saying we hadn’t paid for it. We found it frustrating to have to explain the situation, especially after losing two hours at check-in due to the apartment not being ready. In the end, we were not charged extra, but the back-and-forth felt unnecessary and avoidable. Also, the windows cannot be opened — and although there is AC, the air felt stuffy. City tax was mentioned beforehand, but it still felt unusual to have to pay it separately.

The apartment was clean, modern and neat. The hosts responded swiftly to all our questions. And the location of the apartment lets you quickly access all parts of the city. 10/10!

Perfect location. Very spacious and modern

There is a problem with the water draining in the bathroom sink which is annoying.

When we accommodated, we turned our attention that the appartment had not been cleaned. Garbage was not taken off. The floor was dirty. Linen and towels were left from the previos guests, and were not changed. On the third day the hot water supply was switched off for two days that brought us a lot of inconveniences

We really loved how clean and fully equipped the apartment was. It looks even better in real than in the photos.

We were just missing some extra blankets, because we were cold a little bit at night.
