5 STARS, Would come here again for sure. Very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well.

We liked the places to sit outside back and front. We liked our little stream, especially when it rose very quickly after a thunderstorm. We were safe and sound.

Clean rooms, friendly staff

The only disappointment I had was the hot tub was not hot. Not warm. Cold. Everything else was great. Friendly owner, clean, comfortable.

We loved everything about this property. It is in a good location between Manitou and Colorado Springs, the two bedroom unit with full kitchen was clean and spacious, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It is located very near the Garden of the Gods, and all other attractions. We recommend it to others, and we would plan to stay there again if we are back in that area.

This place is great! Lots to do at the property and in the area, but quiet and laid back. Staff was fabulous, rooms clean and comfortable, outdoor areas relaxing. I will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my kids. Loved that there was a playground, pool, and ball court on the premises to keep them entertained! The clean unit and well stocked kitchen were also very appreciated. And the location cannot be beat. Would definitly stay here again.

It is a very nice, quiet, place. Great location. There was a misunderstanding in that we thot we were getting a kitchen and we didn't. Andrea was great in letting use a kitchen from another unit that was empty!!

Owner was so nice! Great place to make family memories!

We loved the location of this motel, which was not on any main busy street. The owners were great to deal with and certainly accommodated us in every way possible. The cottage was located right next to a very clear stream that was fun to go sit by and listen to the water running, and even had a deer walk right up to our room. The hot tub was a fun addition; worked great and was close to our room. We were able to take hikes right from our room, even close enough to walk into the Garden of the gods.

Really can't think of any complaints or any additional features.
