La proximité du centre et de la plage. Bonne literie. Le balcon. Le bâtiment avec ascenseur et le concierge très gentil.

Nuisances sonores il faut s habituer. L équipement de l appartement pas à la hauteur. Pas de planche à découper pas un bon couteau pas de verres à pieds pas de tire bouchon pas de bac à glaçons vaisselle et couverts insuffisants. Pas la moindre bouteille d eau d accueil de sel de poivre....la base Aucune chaine françaiset élévision.
