Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, très reposant, dans cette grande propriété entourée de magnifiques jardins et d une superbe piscine. L emplacement est idéal pour visiter l Ombrie.le logement est très spacieux et les hôtes accueillants et chaleureux.

Feel like you're in a fairy tale and have your own country house with a swimming pool all to yourself,the bonus is beautiful cats and a beautiful peacock:) The hosts are wonderful people.In the fridge you have a bottle of wine, cold water, yogurt, biscuits and croissants, coffee and tea, better than in some hotels... and we can't wait to come again. thank you very much for everything <3

We chose this location as a central point for doing day trips across Umbria and Tuscany. We loved returning in the late afternoons to enjoy the property. We stayed in a private part of a large villa. We had a large living room/library, dining room, kitchen and good sized bedroom with private bathroom. We also had access to a washing machine. The owner and family live on the property and have a staff that helps maintain the grounds, but it felt like we were alone in our own private villa. We had private use of the pool with sweeping views. The property is situated among amazing gardens that you would expect to see in a magazine with lots of green, roses and tons of lemon trees. While our GPS made it a little difficult to easily find the property, once we arrived everything was amazing.

We LOVED Casa Limonaia (at Villa Valvitiano). The gardens are incredible, the perfume of flowers, birds singing, the peacock in the garden calling. Having a wonderful library as our main living area was amazing. The private pool was wonderful (with a fridge stocked with mineral water in the changing area). The windows are all double glazed with insect screens and wooden shutters - which act as a black-out. We slept around 9 hours each day (in the very comfortable bed) because it was so silent and so dark in the bedroom. Complimentary mineral water, fruit, coffee, teas and breakfast items meant that breakfast is in fact provided. We are planning our return visit for next year!

Our GPS took us to a road with an identical name, but it is in fact 1k away. It is important to put "Villa Valvitiano" in the GPS to find the property.

On a 1 to 10 scale this place was a 15!!! Beautiful villas set in the rural countryside with gardens and olive trees everywhere. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!

We had a difficult time finding the place. Part of that was the rental car we used had intermittent GPS and it took a while to figure out the location.

Everything was absolutely amazing, starting from the entrance gate when we arrived to the very last minute of our stay. This place is incredibly comfortable, cozy, and tranquil, surrounded by a picturesque natural landscape and gardens on the property. Among other amenities, we were welcomed with a plate of local fruits and lemons that are grown in the garden. When it's hot outside, you can take a dip in the pool and relax while listening to the sounds of nature. Finally, there were some adorable cats on the property that made our stay even more homelike.

We saw a peacock in the garden only once. (I'm kidding - there was nothing that we didn't like).
