nothing they incompetent scammers

They approved our booking ,took the money from my account....sent confirmation and address where to pick-up the key ....arrived to collect the key and was told the place is fully booked and occupied....even though my booking was confirmed....had to fight for a refund and look for another place to book. They also offered us a horrible mediocre 1 bedroom for 4 of us to share, whereas we paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, kitchen,lounge,balcony full apartment. Their service is absolutely shit and we heard it was not the 1st time it's happened, be careful and never book at any Siena apartments

The location was ok.

The items of the kitchen was old ( pan the frying pan etc). The showers of the second bath wasn't broke.

It is peaceful and comfortable

Like to have sayed there for the payment that was made

Arriving for check in and being told that there is no room available. Come back another day.!!

The welcoming of stay clean accommodation and nice environment 🔥

The fact that we didn't use the swimming pool because the security told us that it was booked so we are not allowed to go there😩
