Muy luminoso, con muchos placares y con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Una excelente ubicación para caminar la bella ciudad y sus pórticos. Tiene seguridad permanente en la entrada, y patio exterior para sentarse además del balcón a una hermosa galería

O apartamento tem ótima localização (próximo à Piazza Maggiore), é muito confortável e tem ótimas instalações; recebemos um ótimo atendimento do responsável local, no checkin e checkout. O apartamento é bem seguro e silencioso, com uma pequena varanda; além disso, existem cafés, restaurantes, farmácias, mercado COOP e diversas lojas na vizinhança; num raio de 100 metros também existem pontos de várias linhas de ônibus p/ deslocamento pela cidade e para a ferroviária; dica: tem um ponto de táxi de frente à Galeria Del Toro (onde está o apartamento) facilitando o deslocamento ao aeroporto.

The studio-apartment is in a very convenient location for the historic centre (20 minutes or so walk), restaurants & bars. It is clean, and recently refurbished to a good standard, in particular the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment very quiet so we slept well. Alessandro was very helpful in getting the apartment ready for an early check in and generally very communicative.

Very difficult to locate the apartment both from the street, the entrance to the building, the key safe and where the apartment was within the building. The videos helped, but not entirely. The apartment is 'minimalist'; an armchair or two would be appreciated by the visitors after a long day of sightseeing. Whilst pricing probably reflects the 'going rate', it was quite expensive for one night, particularly taking into account the additional costs of tourist tax and garbage disposal paid separately to the host.

Everything was clean, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, from iron to hair dryer and coffee maker, kettle. If you stay for a longer period, the apartment also has a washing machine. Its position is very good, you can visit the city on foot, if you travel to other destinations, it is at a distance of 15-20 minutes, on foot, from the train station. Alessandro was very kind, he gave us recommendations for both tourist attractions and local restaurants. I highly recommend
