La Locanda del Convento

Location and great views. Very helpful staff, clean and free parking which was great. Tropea is not easy to drive. Staff help with a ticket we received for driving in the city center.

No TV, but was not missed

Interesting, simple but good value and very atmospheric accommodation in an old convent. We were lucky to see the procession and ceremony for the feast of Saint Anthony at the adjoining church right beneath our balcony - which also had great views to sea and town. Easy walk into town for dinner. Good secure parking on site. Good breakfast choices.

Staff was super nice, food OK, room comfy.

The shower drain was not working properly.

Location is great for both access to the sea/beach and the city center. The terrasse is truly amazing and a top place for enjoying the sunset with a drink. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Better indication to reach the place by car (upon arrival) during the day given that there is a 'Varco' and access limitations are not entirely clear for a foreigner.

Typical Italian breakfast, coffee was good, as was the staff. Secure parking on site

Room was a bit small, but fine for a one night stay. The booking was made as La Locanda del Convent but a whatsapp message came from B&B Laudato Sii which was a bit confusing and initially we couldn't find the location even though on google maps we were there, outside a church
