We had booked two nights stay here with family, the staff were friendly and quite helpful. The temperature had dipped crazily on our day 1 of the stay and it was quite cold, given that this place is at the Hilltop. On request we were provided with a room heater, though charged on a daily basis.

The location, though scenic,, navigating through narrow roads and steep incline and decline wasn't really comfortable. Also the food on site is on the expensive side, definitely not worth the money. Responsiveness of the staff could be better than having to follow up multiple times on any issue.
