We found that we had issues with the door handles in most of the rooms, difficult to open, very stiff . Lockbox was a nightmare for us !! But thankfully the issue was soon resolved . Ideally Waste bins needed in bedrooms . Surplus grouting in bathrooms needs attention . A little more information regarding the area would have been helpful

Surprised to find no soap in the bathroom / toilet. Mirror positioning in the downstairs shower is aimed at someone 6ft 6 plus. A personal choice but we find sprung mattresses uncomfortable.
BEEverything was as described, very nice house, confortable beds, good contact with the hors.

GBGBThe owners were amazing. Really helpful and excellent communication. The house was beautiful. Large, exceptionally clean and decorated and furnished to a really high standard. The furnishings and kitchen equipment provided was top level. Lovely gardens and terrace to sit out. We didn't use the bbq but big bbq available for use... and literally a 15 to 20 min safe and scenic walk over the canal and river into the harbourside area . Came as a group of 5 ladies and we were all blown away by the quality! Made extra special as we watched the evening ascent of balloons flying over from the balloon festival! Would highly recommend. We would love to stay again. The pictures on the Web don't really capture how superior this accommodating is. Secure parking next to the property and all accessed with key locks or codes.

GBGreat newly refurbished property close to the city center of Bristol. Huge and comfortable. Great outdoor area. Owners were very responsive and we’d love to come back.
A curtain in the living room would be super!
