Nice building, with a modern apartment. Door opens directly to the street which is convenient. You can park your car there. Everything seems new and clean. There is no problem at all with the noise coming from the street. Windows has good insulation. There is all the equipment you need. We liked it very much.

"Great combination of sightseeing venice and beach lido."

Very kind handling of everything by host neighbor Simonetta. The appartement is conveniently located: free beach or private beach is in walking distance. Excellent connection via bus and vaporetto to venice (30 min to San Marco). Make sure to book 3 or 7 day passes for bus / vaporetto. Excellent infrastructure bakery, fruit and vegetable store, pasticerria opposite the appartement. Restaurants close. Washing machine very convenient.

We were very happy. You have to turn out the air conditioning when you cook with the induction stove. But that was no problem for us.
