Practically located, near SM,, MyBus terminal, and not far from the pier

Ventilation not working, the floor kept slightly wet permanently, toilet not draining well, very loud noise from the street. The staff charged us more than the price secured on booking.com. They said it's due to checking in after 6pm. By the way, we booked the room after 6pm, and reached the hotel almost instantly Yet, this price increase feature was not applied to our booking. So in short, beware that they don't charge the actual price you secure on booking.com

When you take a bath the water goes out from the room because it’s just flat surface. There’s nothing that can make the water from flowing outside.
