Great location and super clean and comfortable

Very very noisy from 6.30am with maintenance work outside the property . Not the owners fault but it was so loud we could not sleep

La struttura aveva una posizione centrale, vicinissima alla chiesa di Sant’Agostino e distante 5 minuti a piedi dal centro dei Sassi di Matera. La pulizia é eccellente, la struttura é tenuta benissimo e l’host è gentilissima. Oltre a darci tutte le indicazioni sulla struttura stessa, ci ha anche consigliato dei locali dove andare a mangiare o un parcheggio dove mettere l’auto durante la permanenza in città!

"Amazing apartment with great location"

Cant find one little thing that we didnt like. Location - amazing, 500m from the garage, 20 steps away from amazing panoramic view of Matera. Apartment is gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. We couldnt have asked for more. Breakfast is tipical Italian with coffee, cornetto and biscuits.

Ambiente molto bello, accogliente e curato, arredi di design, tutto studiato nei dettagli. Esperienza molto piacevole.

Nonostante il condizionatore e 2 deumidificatori l'odore di umidità, data dal materiale di costruzione, si sente ancora un poco. Stanza adatta per soggiorni di una o due notti.
