"Great location but could use a few updates and a good cleaning"

Location was great to USC.

The stairs coming into the home need to be replaced. The tile in 1 of the bathrooms were loose or missing. We also had to go get an air freshener since the house seemed it had not been rented in a while. There also were many dead little bugs in the home which should have not been in the home and again it may have been that way since it was not rented recently.
